The trees can be planted in either indiesnous territory, abandoned mining sites, urban areas, reserves, mangroves and forests, or in an indigenous territory, according to the Bill.

The Bill -- named the “Graduation Legacy for the Environment Act 2016” -- was acquainted by congressman Gary Alejano with advance “between generational obligation” over natural security.

He is saying that these new planted trees, are going to be the students’ living legacy to the future generations and environment.
